## Before The Interview

- Reopen the active posting and confirm the title, location, schedule, and pay language.
- Save the interview invite, contact name, time zone, and access link.
- Check whether the employer asked for documents, portfolio items, references, or work samples.
- Prepare one question about the actual role, one question about schedule or training, and one question about next steps.
- Keep personal notes local. Do not send private identifiers unless the employer asks through an official channel.

## After The Interview

- Record who you spoke with, what changed, and what the next step should be.
- Save any portal status, recruiter email, text message, or offer instruction.
- Use the HireTea thank-you note planner before sending a follow-up.
- Update the application tracker with the interview date, follow-up date, status, and evidence saved.
