Third-party vendors and cookies
HireTea may display Google AdSense advertising on selected pages when ad serving is enabled. Depending on consent and location, Google may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and personalization.
Personalized advertising
Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet. Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
Advertising vendor links
Google is the current advertising vendor for HireTea. Visitors can review how Google uses advertising cookies and partner-site data at Google advertising technologies and How Google uses data from partner sites and apps.
European consent choices
For visitors in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, HireTea requires a Google-certified CMP before requesting personalized-ad consent. When the Google Privacy & Messaging consent message delivered by that CMP is active, it provides consent, refusal, and manage-options controls. This policy page stays free of the AdSense loader; its footer control returns to the home page, where “Privacy and cookie settings” can reopen the Google message so a visitor can change or withdraw a choice.
Consent Mode
Before a consent choice is available in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, HireTea defaults Google advertising and analytics consent signals to denied. Google tags may send limited, cookieless consent or measurement pings. The consent platform updates the signals to reflect the visitor's choice, and each purpose remains denied unless the visitor grants it.
What ad vendors collect
Standard data such as IP address, browser type, approximate location, and pages viewed. The current company research pages contain no applicant-response form fields, and values entered into local applicant tools are not sent to HireTea or an ad vendor.
