By using HireTea, you agree to use the site as an informational job-preparation resource. HireTea does not apply for jobs for you, represent any employer, or guarantee interviews, offers, pay, benefits, screening outcomes, or employment.

Use of site

Your responsibility as an applicant

Verify before relying on a page

Hiring information changes by company, role, location, business unit, current posting, and local law. You are responsible for checking active job postings, official careers pages, recruiter messages, and local instructions before submitting an application or making a job decision.

Submit truthful materials

Browser-based answer tools are starting points for drafting. You are responsible for editing any generated text so it is accurate, truthful, specific to your experience, and acceptable under the employer's rules.

No prohibited use

Do not use HireTea to misrepresent qualifications, impersonate another person, submit false application materials, violate employer systems, or break applicable law.

Informational only

HireTea is not legal, HR, medical, financial, tax, or employment advice. Pages are intended to help applicants prepare questions, compare public sources, and understand what to verify before applying.

Screening topics

Screening, background-check, age, pay, and benefits pages summarize public information and should be verified with official sources. These topics can change by role, jurisdiction, facility, vendor, and posting date.

No guarantee

Employers control their own hiring processes and can change requirements without notice. HireTea cannot guarantee an interview, offer, pay range, background-check result, screening result, schedule, or benefit.

Service changes

HireTea may update, remove, redirect, or discontinue pages or tools at any time. A page being available does not mean the employer is currently hiring for every role or location described.

Using generated drafts and page content

Generated text is a draft

Answer tools on HireTea create draft language based on the information you type and the public fact sheet for a company. You must review, edit, and shorten the draft before using it. Do not submit text that overstates your experience or copies a company value without a real example.

Personal use

You may use HireTea pages for personal job-search preparation. Do not scrape, copy, republish, resell, or present HireTea's page content as your own competing database or automated service without permission.

External links

HireTea links to employer sites, government sources, screening vendors, job postings, and other third-party pages. Those sites control their own content, availability, privacy practices, and terms.

Site-created content

HireTea owns the original text, tables, generated page structure, favicon, and social preview artwork created for this site unless a page says otherwise. You may use HireTea pages for personal job-search preparation. Republishing, scraping, reselling, or presenting HireTea content as a competing database or automated service requires written permission.

Employer names and third-party sources

Employer names, trademarks, logos, and third-party source materials remain the property of their respective owners. HireTea references those materials for identification, commentary, applicant preparation, source attribution, and factual verification.

License requests

To request permission to reuse HireTea-created text, tables, site images, or structured datasets beyond personal job-search preparation, contact jeongyuseck@gmail.com with the page URL and intended use.
